JellyPrim Shipping Policy

At JellyPrim, we aim to make every delivery as reliable and pleasant as your skincare experience. Please review the following details regarding our shipping process, delivery times, and related policies.


1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We provide the most suitable shipping method based on your location. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

  • Philippines / Malaysia / Vietnam: 5–7 business days

  • Other Southeast Asian regions: 7–10 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–15 business days

Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on local courier capacity, customs clearance, weather, or seasonal demand.


2. Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and tracking link.


3. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted regions. Please ensure your shipping details are complete and accurate to avoid delays.


4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout according to destination and order weight.
Occasionally, JellyPrim offers free shipping promotions — please refer to our campaign banners or checkout page for eligibility details.


5. Customs, Taxes & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, depending on your country’s regulations.
These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.


6. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, your order can be tracked using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email.
Tracking information typically updates within 24–48 hours after dispatch.


7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or video evidence (if applicable)

  • A brief description of the issue

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund. JellyPrim is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, customs holds, or uncontrollable events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or epidemics).


8. Returns & Exchanges

If you need to return or exchange an item, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Unused and unopened products may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
